02What counts as a new lead

A lead counts once: the first time a line texts them.

Follow-ups and replies are free. Talk to a lead as long as it takes; only the opener uses one of the line's 600 new leads for the month.

03What happens at the cap

At 600, the line stops starting new conversations. Nothing else stops.

The line pauses new enrollments for the rest of the billing month. Leads already in a sequence keep getting their follow-ups, and every reply still lands in the Unibox. Need more room? Add a line anytime.

How many lines do you need?

Set how many new leads you contact in a month. One line covers 600, so the math is quick, and the price follows the volume tiers.

05Pricing FAQ

Is there a setup fee?
Yes: $150 once per line. It covers provisioning the number and the one-time provider fees that come with it. There's no setup fee for seats, workspaces or integrations.
Is there an annual discount?
Paying annually takes 15% off every line, on top of volume pricing. Monthly billing is month-to-month.
Do I pay for seats?
No. Seats are unlimited. Add every rep, manager and client, and give clients a Viewer role on their own workspace. You pay for lines, not logins.
Are SMS and WhatsApp included?
Yes. Every line sends iMessage first and falls back to SMS from the same number, at no extra cost. WhatsApp is included too; it's off by default and you switch it on for the clients who want it.
What if a number gets restricted?
The line moves to Restricted, its sequences pause, and you're alerted. We request a replacement line, and once it's live the leads move to it with a note that they're hearing from a new number. Sequences stay paused in the meantime, so nobody gets a half-finished sequence from a number that can't send.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every line is a real, dedicated number with real provider costs from day one. Instead, start with a paid pilot: one line, month-to-month, with founder-led onboarding. Keep going if it works; stop if it doesn't.

Volume pricing is custom from 20+ lines. Talk to us and we'll build a line plan around your clients and ramp.
