The product
Everything between a cold list and a booked call.
Seven modules, one job: get a real person to answer, then get them on the phone. Here's how each part works, and the limits that keep your lines healthy.
01Lines
Your own US lines, with capacity on every card.
Each line is a dedicated US number owned by your organization and assigned to a client workspace. It covers 600 new leads a month, warms up on a ramp, and always shows how much room is left.
- 600 new leads per line per month. A lead counts once, on its first message; follow-ups and replies don't.
- New lines warm up over three weeks: 2 new contacts a day at first, rising to 30 a day from week 3.
- Sticky sender: a lead stays on one line for its whole life, so the thread never breaks.
- Assign a line to a workspace, and to one rep if you want.
- If a line is restricted, its sequences pause, you're alerted, and a replacement line is requested.
02Verification
Every number checked for iMessage before it's sent.
Numbers are checked in bulk when you import them, and checked again before sending if the result is more than 30 days old. Every lead shows its status, so you know which channel it will get.
- Available
- On iMessage. Every step goes out as iMessage.
- Unavailable
- Not on iMessage. Routed to the fallback channel.
- Pending
- The check is running.
- Unknown
- Not checked yet, for example a fresh import.
- Failed
- The check didn't complete. It's retried automatically.
03Routing
One rule picks the channel for every lead.
iMessage first, SMS as the fallback, WhatsApp when a client wants it. Set the fallback per sequence: SMS, WhatsApp, or skip the lead.
- Default rule: iMessage, then SMS, from the same dedicated line.
- One conversation per lead per line, across every channel.
- WhatsApp is off by default and switched on per client workspace.
04Sequences
Multi-step sequences that know when to stop.
Build steps and waits once. Routing picks the channel for each lead, sends inside the lead's local window, and stops the moment they answer. An opt-out stops everything.
- Personalized steps
Variables like {first_name}, {company} and {city} in every step, and up to 3 A/B variants per step.
- More than text
Send text, links, images and your contact card, so the number saves with a name.
- Sending windows
Default Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm in the lead's local time, always inside hard quiet hours.
- Stop on reply
On by default. Any reply ends the sequence for that lead; STOP and other opt-out keywords always do.
- No double-texting
One active sequence per lead per workspace, so a lead never gets two sequences at once.
- Dialer mode per sequence
Push to the dialer right after a send, or only when the lead replies. Set a workspace default.
05Unibox
Every reply, from every line, in one inbox.
Conversations from every line and every client workspace land in one place. A new reply gets a coral dot and moves to the top, and its sequence has already stopped.
- Replies are classified: Interested, Not interested, Out of office, Opt-out or Wrong number.
- Answer by hand from the thread, on the same line and channel.
- Delivery status on every message, with failures flagged for retry.
- Restricted workspaces: reps see only their own leads and conversations.
06Handoff
Hand the lead to your dialer while they're warm.
Choose per sequence when a lead goes to Nooks, Orum or SalesFinity: right after a send, or only when they reply. Contacts and conversations sync to HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
- Immediate: every delivered opener joins the dialer queue. For power-dialing a fresh list.
- On reply: only leads who answer. Your reps call people already talking.
- CRM push upserts the contact, logs the conversation, and sets status on a positive reply.
- Push status on every lead, and duplicate pushes to the same destination are skipped.

Plug it into the workflows you already run.
Push leads in from Clay, n8n or your own code, and let agents work the Unibox through MCP. Docs ship with access.
- REST API: create leads and enroll them in a sequence in one call.
- Per-workspace API keys with scopes.
- MCP server for your team's agents: read everything; write only what you allow (create leads, enroll, reply, push).
- Sending through MCP needs its own explicit scope.
- Outbound webhooks for Zapier, Make, n8n and Clay.
08Guardrails
Limits that keep your lines alive.
These are on for every workspace from day one. They protect the people you text, and they protect the lines you pay for.
- 8am–9pmQuiet hours, enforced
Messages only go out between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's local time, inferred from the area code. Nobody can override it.
- STOPOpt-outs honored automatically
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL and STOPALL remove the lead from every sequence. No one has to catch it.
- Org-wideSuppression across every client
An opt-out in one workspace is suppressed across your whole organization. Upload your own do-not-contact lists too.
- 20, then 30, then 40Line warm-up ramp
New lines start at 2 new contacts a day and ramp to 30 a day by week 3, so a line's first month reaches roughly 390 new leads. At most one new contact every 15 minutes per line.
- 600New leads per line per month
At the cap the line pauses new enrollments; follow-ups to leads already in a sequence keep going. Add a line any time.
- ReplySequences stop on reply
The moment a lead answers, the remaining steps are skipped and the conversation moves to the Unibox.
Guardrails help; they don't replace consent. You're responsible for permission to contact your leads and for following the TCPA and CTIA guidelines, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. US numbers only.
